01. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

  • circle Account Information: When you sign in using your Google Account, Apple ID, or other authentication methods (via Firebase Authentication), we process your user ID and email address to manage your account and sync your data across devices.
  • circle Financial Data: You may choose to connect your brokerage accounts via SnapTrade. We do not store your brokerage credentials; SnapTrade handles these connections securely. We process holdings, transaction history, and balance data to provide portfolio analytics.
  • circle Tax Estimation Data: To provide dividend tax estimates, you may input your annual income, residency state, and filing status. This data is used solely for calculation purposes within the App.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • circle Device & Usage Data: We collect information about your device (model, OS version), app usage, and performance logs (via Firebase Crashlytics) to improve stability.
  • circle Location Data: We collect Coarse Location data (derived from IP address) for analytics and advertising purposes. We do not collect Precise Location (GPS) data.
  • circle Identifiers: We collect unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA for iOS, Advertising ID for Android) to support advertising and analytics features.

C. Cookies and Tracking Technologies (Website Only)

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as Google Analytics) to analyze traffic and improve user experience.

  • circle Your Control: You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, some portions of our website may not function properly.

02. How We Use Your Information

App Functionality

To calculate portfolio performance, estimate dividend taxes, and manage Pro subscriptions.

Analytics

To understand user behavior and improve the App (via Google Analytics for Firebase).

Advertising

To display advertisements relevant to you (via Google AdMob).

Compliance

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

03. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share data with the following trusted third-party service providers:

  • circle SnapTrade: For secure brokerage account aggregation.
  • circle Google Firebase: For authentication, analytics, and crash reporting.
  • circle RevenueCat: For managing subscriptions and purchase history across platforms.
  • circle Google AdMob: For delivering personalized advertisements.

Note on Advertising Opt-Out:

You can control ad tracking through your device settings:

  • • iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking and disable tracking for Finorra.
  • • Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads and select "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of personalized ads."

04. Your Rights (Deletion)

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. The App provides an in-app option to "Delete Account" (found in Settings), which permanently removes your data from our systems and disconnects brokerage links.
