• circle No Financial Advice: The content provided by Finorra, including portfolio analytics and risk analysis, does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
• circle No Tax Advice: The "Dividend Tax Estimation" feature provides estimates based on 2025 Tax Year rules for federal and state taxes. These figures are approximations and do not account for all individual tax situations (e.g., specific deductions, credits, or complex filing statuses). Crabgrass Inc. is not a tax advisor. You should verify all tax liabilities with a certified public accountant (CPA) or tax professional.
• circle Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, market data and brokerage data may be delayed or contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.

• circle Billing: "Finorra Pro" is a paid subscription service. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (for iOS users) or Google Play Account (for Android users) at the confirmation of purchase.
• circle Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• circle Management:

A. For iOS Users (Apple App Store)

We do not have the ability to process refunds for Apple purchases directly. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

B. For Android Users (Google Play Store)

• circle Within 48 Hours: You can request a refund directly through Google Play via your Order History.
• circle After 48 Hours: Refunds are generally not provided. However, if you believe there has been a technical error, please contact our support team at contact@finorra.crabgrass.co.jp. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.

• circle External Brokerage Integration: Finorra allows you to link external brokerage accounts through third-party services (e.g., SnapTrade) for portfolio aggregation and analytics purposes. The Company does not have direct access to your brokerage credentials.
• circle Security of Linked Accounts: The Company does not directly receive, hold, or store your brokerage login credentials (such as passwords). All connections to external brokerage accounts are established securely through our trusted third-party provider, SnapTrade, which acts as an authorized intermediary to fetch your portfolio data on a read-only basis.
• circle Read-Only Access: The Service accesses your brokerage data solely for portfolio aggregation and analytics purposes. The Company cannot execute trades, transfer funds, or perform any transactions on your behalf through the linked accounts.
• circle Data Storage & Infrastructure Security: Retrieved portfolio data is securely stored on AWS (Amazon Web Services). Our infrastructure employs robust security measures, including placing databases in private networks isolated from direct internet access, utilizing strict firewall settings, and encrypting all data transmissions via SSL/TLS to defend against external threats.
• circle Automatic Disconnection of Inactive Accounts: For security and data management purposes, the Company reserves the right to automatically disconnect and remove any linked external brokerage accounts without prior notice if the User has not logged into the Service for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days or more.
